This wine was made from the Saperavi grape variety in our multi-terracce system of Terracotta Qvevris. Naturally fermented by indigenous yeast with low intervention. The terraces allow us to move wine with gravity. This particular wine has passed through three terraces of qvevris and was finally aged in the Qvevri number 16.
