Tsolikouri Reserve: Dry white wine is made from 2024 harvest of Tsolikouri grapes, with a little addition of Rachuli Mtsvane da Kudurauli grapes., collected in Racha from villages Kvatskhuti, Khimshi, Krikhi, Itsa and Dzirageuli, from 40-50 year-old vineyards. Classical vinification method was enriched with components of locla tradition. Aged in French oak barrels for 3 months. The drink has a rich aroma, pleasant acidity, natural carbon dioxide and a long aromatic finsih.
