Tsolikouri - traditional dry white wine.2020 vintage was collectedd from various villages of Racha, only from well-aged vineyards. Apart from Tsolikouri variety, the wine also contains Rachuli Mtsvane (7%) and Kudurauli (3%) grapes. Vinification was implemented with traditional methodology, which employs wooden wine press and qvevr. This methodology has no analogy in other winemaking regions, which make traditional wines from Racha highly original. Extravagant aroma, shapp taste of phenols and brusting acidity bring forward a diffrent style and nature. Limited to 1300 bottles.
