Tsolikouri: Dry white wine classical wine is made from Tsolikouri grapes of the 2022 harvest, white addition of Rachuli Mtsvane (8%) and Kudurauli (2%) grapes. The vineyards are located in Racha in the villages of Kvatskhuti, Khimshi, Krikhi, Itsa and Dzirageuli. The vineyards are inclined southwards and they are 40-50 years old. this wine is made with classica methods, also employing several components of local traditions, which provide the product with completley unique character. The drink has a rich aroma, pleasant acidity, natural carbon dioxide and a long aromatic finish.
