According to achaeological evidence the winemaking is Georgia strechtes back over 8,000 years of history. That's why it's frequently called the Cardle of Wine. Georgian traditional whinemaking process involves pressing endemic grape varieties and then pouring the juice, grape skins, stalks and pips into the Kvevri (egg-shaped earthenware vessel), which is sealed and burried in the ground so that the wine can ferment for five to sic months.
Thank you for choosing our exceptional dry white Mtsvane which is made from Mtsvane grapes grown in Ozhio village, Kakheti Appellation, Georgia. Albeit Mtsvane is being an endemic Georgian grape variety, this wine is made with classic European method, so it's light and joyful, characterized by a long finish with hints of the dried fig and tropical fruits.
