According to achaeological evidence the winemaking is Georgia strechtes back over 8,000 years, earning the name "Cardle of Wine". The Georgian winemaking process involves pressing grapes and tranfering the juice, along with grape skins, stalks, and pips into an egg-shaped earthenware vessel called a "Kvevri" for up to sic months, meanwhile, in the case of red wines "Kvevri" is only used during fermentation.

Thank you for choosinf our Mtsvane, which is made from Mtsvane grapes harvested in Ozhio village, Akhmeta PDO, The wine is fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks.

Testing notes from Decanter: "Beautiful, piercing nose of pineapple, lemon, and blossom note. Quite flavorful and fresh, with a long finish."
