According to achaeological evidence the winemaking is Georgia strechtes back over 8,000 years of history. That's why it's frequently called the Cardle of Wine. Georgian traditional whinemaking process involves pressing endemic grape varieties and then pouring the juice, grape skins, stalks and pips into the Kvevri (egg-shaped earthenware vessel), which is sealed and burried in the ground so that the wine can ferment for five to six months. 

Thank you for choosing our Amber Kvevri wine which is made from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in Kakheti Appellation, Georgia. This is a dry, velvety wine, characterized by a long finish with hints of quince, dried fruits and spices.
